School Workshops & Kids Cooking Classes
Let’s explore the possibilities of healthy foods through light cooking, juicing etc…I will introduce new fruits & veggies and we will explore these new foods with our senses taste, smell and touch. Le’s get kids aware of the beautiful variety of healthy choices that surround us
One or two hour healthy cooking classes for kids. Students will participate in a fun learning activity and then make some healthy snacks and meals. These are fun classes to get your children interested in the kitchen.
Preschool Class (ages 2-5)
Don’t think your toddler can cook? Think again! I’ve got fun, age appropriate classes bursting with hands-on activities, healthy concept learning through games, and of course, empowering your little one to create their own special healthy snacks. Classes are theme-based.
Core Cooking Program (ages 5-8 & 9-13 )
Your child will learn how to make healthy snacks, breakfasts, lunches and dinners for him/herself. This is a foundational cooking program for any child who is looking to help with a family meal or just learn some important kitchen skills and build confidence in the kitchen. This program is usually held for 1 1/2 hours a week x 4 weeks.
Healthy Lunch Classes (ages 5-8 & 9-13)
Are you tired of knowing that your child is eating junky food at the school cafeteria with very little nutritional value and absolutely NO taste? I’m changing the game by offering theme-based healthy lunch classes. My lunch classes will empower your child to make healthier choices and to prepare their own lunches at home for school.
Birthday Party (ages 5 to 13 – up to 10 kids)
Your child can choose from one of twelve healthy and delicious menus that they will prepare themselves with the help of up to 9 additional party guests. Parents supply the dessert, paper plates, cutlery, drinks and our instructors will do the rest.
