Learn how to create healthy meals from scratch with items we will be replacing and have on hand in your kitchen. Learn how to put together a meal plan and simplify your grocery shopping. Feel totally confident in the kitchen, knowing you are making delicious, nourishing food that supports your health and well being.
1st session : Nutrition inspiration consultation – 60 min – 90 min
60 minute session where we will explore your food knowledge and cooking capabilities, current food choices, your lifestyle and how your choices are affecting your health. We will discuss the main issues you are experiencing so we can work on your individual goals. I will provide you with a mini protocol to get you started on your path to wellness.
2nd session : Pantry and kitchen Rehab – 90 min
Time to clean out your kitchen and start making substitutions of your favorite items. Learn to stock your pantry with foods and staples that are health supportive. Discover the essential foods to stock your pantry with in order to create quick , healthy meals and snacks. Learn why its better to lose the foods that contribute to weight gain, inflammation and drain our energy. Learn what kitchen equipment you should not be without.
3rd session : Get a real food education – 90 min
Learn to navigate around the maze of natural and organic food products at Whole Foods or the grocery store of your choice. Learn how to read food labels and get educated on local, organic, whole foods. Understand the best food choices for your individual needs and learn how not to be lured in by fancy food promises.
4th session : Meal Planning – 90 min
Lets put our new knowledge to use and start cooking. Discover how to change up your favorite dishes and lets turn them into healthy meals. Learn how to use your newly created personalized pantry to put together quick, effortless healthy meals. I will provide creative, practical tips that will save you time in your meal preparation.
