Kids Coaching Session


Are your kids eating the (SAD) Standard American Diet? Are they lacking the nutrients you feel they should have? Do they lack focus, can’t sit still ? Let’s work together to change to the diet to include more nutrient rich foods that are high in vitamins and minerals and reduce the amount of sugar and processed foods.
I will focus on swapping out nutrient deficient highly processed foods and snacks and teach you how to make delicious, nutrient dense alternatives to their favorite “unhealthy“ foods. All which can be made gluten, dairy and sugar free.
